Cascade Workshop in Prishtina, Kosovo

Date: 12 June 2026

The workshop gathered 15 youth workers from different regions of Kosovo, bringing together experience, curiosity, and a shared drive to strengthen youth work practices.

Over the course of the day, participants explored how digital tools, collaboration methods, and communication strategies can reshape the way youth initiatives are planned, delivered, and promoted. More than a training, the workshop became a space for exchange, reflection, and practical experimentation.

  • Digital tools for teamwork, planning, and coordination
  • Practical exercises on workflow and communication mapping
  • Exploring hybrid and online youth work environments
  • Strengthening practical skills for day-to-day youth work implementation

2. Practical Lab Presentations & Peer Learning

  • Group presentations of practical exercises
  • Peer feedback and reflective discussions
  • Sharing different approaches to project planning
  • Learning through experience and exchange

3. Digital Marketing for Youth Work

  • Audience mapping and visibility strategies
  • Social media as a tool for engagement, not just information
  • Content development and communication planning
  • Promoting youth initiatives more strategically and effectively

The workshop ended with new ideas, stronger skills, and connections that will continue beyond the session itself. Participants left with practical tools they can apply in their daily work and a shared motivation to keep improving youth work practices in their communities.
